Important: Nexus Capital provides educational content, algorithmic trading technology, and research infrastructure. We do not provide personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management services. No information you share with us will be used to manage your capital or direct your trading decisions.

Information you provide directly:
- Name, email address, phone number, and WhatsApp contact when you complete enrollment or contact forms
- Trading experience level and educational goals submitted through application forms
- Payment information processed through our payment processors (we do not store full card numbers)
- Communications you send us via email, WhatsApp, or contact forms
- User-generated content submitted in community forums or live session platforms
Information collected automatically:
- Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
- IP address and approximate geographic location (country/city level)
- Pages visited, session duration, referral source, and click-through behavior
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

For enrolled students and program participants, we retain educational records for up to 5 years following program completion to support certifications and alumni services. Contact form submissions and non-enrolled inquiries are retained for no more than 24 months.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 9 — Your Rights). We will comply with deletion requests subject to any legal retention obligations.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete such information from our systems.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify enrolled program participants via email.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
